We try to keep it loose here, but there have to rules. Violation of them will result in disciplinary action, up to and including banning.
1) Keep all criticism constructive. You don't have to love everything Hero Universe produces, but if you want to tell us you don't like it, "You suck!" is not the most helpful message.
2) Be respectful of your fellow posters. Flaming will not be tolerated. It is the discretion of the administrators and/or moderators to determine what constitutes "flaming," but, c'mon people, act like you got some sense.
3) Be careful when discussing controversial matters. This includes, but is not limited to, matters of politics, religion, and music (yes, music is often as hot-button an issue as religion and politics on these forums). We're not saying you can't discuss these things (that wouldn't make sense, given that those themes are often prevalent in our books), just be careful when doing so. This ties back to rules 1 and 2.
4) If you want to pimp your project, the "General Chatter" forum is the place to do it. We're friendly with indie creators, just keep it in the right forum.
5) The administration reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
